Lazy Saturday Morning!
aw can't beat it. Pj's, messy bun, tv and of course an indulgent breakfast.
I try to always have moderately healthy eating habits...but right now I am busting it out. Game on! I am trying to quickly and efficiently drop about 15 pounds before mid June and about 25 total.....More about those goals and the reasoning in another post...for now, a very EASY, yummy, low cal recipe for a bowl of chocolate strawberry deliciousness :]

Recipe
1 package quaker oats instant strawberries and cream oatmeal
1/2 cup water
1 or 2 strawberries
1/2 tbs Hershey's special dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Microwave 1/2 cup of water for 45 seconds.
Stir in 1 package quaker oats instant strawberries and cream oatmeal and half of the chocolate chips.
Microwave for another 30 seconds.
Top with sliced strawberry and garnish with the rest of the chocolate chips.
Enjoy:]
You can easily double this recipe....(like I did today :] shhh) which put's it at a 340 total. STILL a low cal and healthy breakfast. I wanted more carbs for the run this afternoon!....Even though this is a healthy recipe it tasted cozy and creamy and felt really indulgent. YUM.
yummy! try oatmeal w/ soy milk and strawberries if you're out of the chocolate. so good!
